Privacy Policy

What the Partner Portal collects, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it. We have tried to make it specific: this describes what the portal actually does.

1. Who we are and what this covers

The Privion Partner Portal at partners.priviontech.com is operated by JAMN Ventures, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Privion, 12481 High Bluff Drive, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92130 (“Privion”, “we”).

This policy covers the Partner Portal only. It is a business-to-business service for organizations that refer or resell Privion products, and for people applying to become partners. It does not cover Privion’s products themselves, which have their own terms.

2. What we collect

Account and sign-in. Your name and work email address. If you sign in with Microsoft, we also receive your organization’s directory (tenant) ID and your user object ID. We request only the openid, profile and email permissions. We never receive your password, and we do not request or hold access to your mailbox, files, calendar, contacts or directory.

Applications and agreements. When you apply to become a partner: your organization’s legal name, entity type, state of formation, business address, territory, and an email address for legal notices. When you sign an agreement electronically we record your name, title, typed signature, the date and time, your consent to sign electronically, the IP address and browser you signed from, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact document you signed.

Deal registrations and quotes. The prospect information you submit — company name, domain, approximate user count, timeline, and the name, email and phone number of your contact there — and the licensing quotes you build.

Operational records. A log of sign-in outcomes (for example, whether a sign-in was linked to a partner organization), audit history of registrations and agreements, and standard hosting logs such as IP address and request time.

Cookies. We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

3. Information you give us about other people

A deal registration includes contact details for someone at your prospect. You are responsible for having the right to share that information with us. We use it to evaluate the registration, to establish which partner made first contact, and, if the registration is accepted, to pursue and support the opportunity.

4. How we use it

5. Who sees it

Other partners never see your registrations, quotes, agreements or users. The portal enforces that separation in the database itself, not only in the application.

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the United States), Netlify (web hosting), Microsoft (if you choose Microsoft sign-in), and our email delivery provider. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the security of the portal, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. How long we keep it

Signed agreements and their signature records, and deal registration records, are kept for the life of the partner relationship and afterwards for as long as we need them to establish, exercise or defend legal claims — they are the evidence both parties rely on. Account information is kept while your account is active. If you apply and do not become a partner, you can ask us to delete your application.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside the portal is restricted so that each partner organization can reach only its own records, and that restriction is tested continuously. Signed agreement records cannot be altered once signed. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will honor those requests except where we need to keep the information — for example, a signed agreement, a record needed for a legal claim, or tax records. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to complain to your data protection authority.

To make a request, email partners@priviontech.com from the address on your account. If your account belongs to a partner organization, we may need to involve that organization’s administrator.

9. Where it is processed

The portal is operated from, and its data is stored in, the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Children

The portal is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

11. Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is material we will tell active partners through the portal or by email.
